She was patient with our random texts asking for showings, our indecisive last minute changes about said showings, and encouraging when offers didn't pan out. She's realistic about expectations and realities of the real estate world, always being honest and forward about whether an offer is a good plan or not. She helped us see that putting in an offer with 8 months rent back MIGHT not be the best option for an eager young couple like us.
Straight up, you cannot go wrong. She's helpful, personable, available, and always willing to answer any and all questions. She'll even share information you didn't know you wanted or needed.

To say that Dani went above and beyond for my sister and I would be an understatement. I was referred to Dani when my family and I weren’t in a good situation. Our father had passed away and my sister and I were in a tail-spin trying to figure everything out. From the very beginning, Danielle was patient, great at communicating, and hard working. Honestly I had never been through an estate probate before and was uneducated on the steps. She got us up to speed in no time and was the rock we relied on when we encountered inevitable road bumps in a long, un-fun process.
Regardless of the circumstance, Dani was a breathe of fresh air the entire time. As we learned more about the property and what was needed to do to get it to market, Dani provided multiple solutions to any given scenario. This helped my sister and I work as a team to make big decisions together. Her well of knowledge was not the only up-side to working with Dani. She also put in the work! I’m 1500 miles away in another state and there was more than one moment where Dani personally rolled up her sleeves to help stage, paint, promote, etc. Anything she could do to help ease the process, she was proactively doing it. It was amazing and she gave us much needed peace of mind.
Lastly, I also have to shoutout her interior design skills and marketing approach. She has an eye for design and when we were ready for market she brought in people to make the property look stunning. Even going as far as bringing in a drone photographer to shoot an aerial view of the lot!
In the end, we had multiple offers, a lot over our asking amount and everything closed smoothly. We’d probably still be sitting on this property watching it’s value go down if it weren’t for Dani’s enthusiasm and awesome attitude. My sister and I will always be thankful for her help when we needed help the most. Simply put, Dani is the freaking best. Hire her.

Home buying right now can be a long and stressful process. Dani was a source of positivity, patience and our rock through this entire buying/selling experience. Dani always went above and beyond, finding houses before they hit the market, getting us in for showings on short notice and communicating with agents to try and get us an edge. She was patient and responsive to all of our questions and truly made everything so easy. Dani had our house listed and sold for over asking price in one weekend and helped us buy and move in to our dream home! She is truly the BEST!

Dani was amazing! I am going to say we might have been a bit of a pain, as it took us a while to find our dream home and she was patient, kind and resourceful. It was not due to her that it took a while, as she sent us lots of houses that fit our requirements to look at on line. Then we traveled to the homes that I thought might be the one. In the end I think she knew what we wanted better than us and took us to see a home without me looking on line first and it was "The One!" We love the home she found for us and even gave me decorating hints for a couple of areas that I didn't know what to do with. You would be lucky to have such a dedicated woman to help you find your dream home!
