The buying process can be so fun!  I like to begin with a casual sit down meeting and see what the customer is looking for in a property, and give them an opportunity to see if they think I will be a good fit for their process.  I provide my buyers with qualified and reliable lenders, inspectors and various vendors they might need throughout the transaction.  I set up showings, tour properties, and provide information about a specific property to assist the buyer for negociating an offer.  I will always be available to answer questions, I will be present at inspection and I provide a final walk through for buyers, so they can feel confident walking into closing.
