 Listings are my favorite!  I begin with a casual walk through of the property to gain some personal knowledge of the property and gather the expectations of the seller.  With my background in Interior Design, I can often offer information about touch ups and staging I would recommend in order to help get top dollar.  I always come with the base knowledge of the neighborhood and pricing range, so we are able to discuss what price point the property should best sell for.  My listings package includes 25-30 property photos, with property updates, inclusions and history for the most informative showing.  I manage showings, offers and negociations with the buying agent to bring sellers a complete, satisfactory offer.
